Our promise and policies
To keep every visit calm and fair for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to note the following.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be booked online through BookPeep or by WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or loss of any deposit paid.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the service still applies.
Payments & Deposits
Some services or packages may require a deposit at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the end of your visit.
Health, Allergies & Pregnancy
Please tell your therapist about any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment. We may recommend a patch test or adjust a treatment for your safety.
Children
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For the comfort of all guests, children who are not receiving a service should be supervised at all times.
Personal Belongings & Liability
Please keep valuables with you. Agape Beauty Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Any concern about a treatment should be raised within 48 hours so we can make it right.
