Agape Beauty Salon & Spa (“Agape”, “we”, “us”) is a beauty salon and spa at Apartment 21 B, Al Zain Building, Street 104, Block 3B, Jabriya, Kuwait. This policy covers this website, our salon, and the ways you contact or book with us, including BookPeep, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, phone and email.

We only collect what we need to look after you:

• Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Booking details: the services you choose, appointment dates and times, and your visit history.
• Treatment notes: allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or pregnancy that you tell us about, and preferences that help us care for you.
• Payment records: amounts paid and deposits. We do not store full card numbers.
• Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, social media, email or phone.

This website has no sign-up or contact forms, so it does not collect personal information from you directly.

• To book, confirm, remind you of and manage your appointments.
• To provide treatments safely and in the way that suits you.
• To reply to your questions and messages.
• To keep accurate business and financial records.
• To send you offers or news, only if you have asked for them. You can stop these at any time.

We never sell your personal information.

Health details such as allergies or pregnancy are especially personal. We ask for them only to keep you safe during your treatment, we keep them confidential, and we share them only with the team member caring for you.

We do not share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only when needed with:

• BookPeep, our online booking provider, which handles your booking details for us.
• Messaging and social platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) when you choose to contact us through them.
• Payment providers that process card or online payments.
• Authorities, where the law in Kuwait requires it.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on it.

• Your language choice (English or Arabic) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
• Our map is provided by Google Maps and our fonts by Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives technical information such as your IP address, and Google Maps may set its own cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Our hosting provider, Netlify, may keep short-term server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

Links to BookPeep, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok take you to their own sites, where their policies apply.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. Access is limited to our team, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
